STMIK Tazkia student officially delivered the PIK-R SERASI (Pusat Informasi dan Konseling Remaja — Youth Information and Counseling Center, Sempur Healthy and Inspirational Youth) website to PIK-R SERASI Kelurahan Sempur, Central Bogor Sub-district. This project was developed by Shanaya Balghis Riyona, a Computer Engineering student, as part of a community service project supervised by Hairul Umam, S.Si., M.Si., Head of the Computer Engineering Program at STMIK Tazkia.

Project Background
PIK-R (Youth Information and Counseling Center) is a national program aimed at providing information and counseling services for youth regarding reproductive health, family life planning, and personal development. Kelurahan Sempur, a sub-district in the city of Bogor, runs the PIK-R SERASI program which had previously relied on conventional media for information dissemination.
Recognizing the need for digitalization, STMIK Tazkia initiated the development of the PIK-R SERASI website through its community service program. The website is expected to serve as a digital platform that extends the reach of information and counseling services to youth in the Kelurahan Sempur area and surrounding communities.

The PIK-R SERASI website was developed by Shanaya Balghis Riyona, a Computer Engineering student at STMIK Tazkia, under the direct supervision of Hairul Umam, S.Si., M.Si. The development process included several stages:
Requirements Analysis
The student team conducted surveys and interviews with PIK-R SERASI administrators and Kelurahan Sempur officials to understand the information needs and required features. The analysis results formed the basis for designing a website tailored to user needs.
Design and Development
Based on the analysis, the student designed and built the website with features supporting PIK-R SERASI activities:
- PIK-R SERASI profile — complete information about the organization, vision and mission, and organizational structure
- Activity information — schedules and documentation of youth education and counseling activities
- Educational content publication — articles and educational materials on youth health and personal development
- Documentation gallery — photos and videos of PIK-R SERASI activities

Testing and Training
Before handover, the website underwent testing to ensure proper functionality. The student team also provided training to PIK-R SERASI administrators and Kelurahan Sempur staff on how to manage and update website content.
