STMIK Tazkia officially introduced the SILINCAH (Sistem Integrasi Layanan Campus Akademik Handal — Integrated Reliable Campus Academic Service System) application through a soft launching event held at the STMIK Tazkia campus in Bogor. The application was launched by STMIK Tazkia Chairman Miftakhus Surur, S.E.I., M.Sc (Fin)., AWPS together with Vice Chairman II Galih Kurniawan Sidik, M.Kom. and the Heads of Study Programs, namely Head of Computer Engineering Program Hairul Umam, S.Si., M.Si. and Head of Information Systems Program Endy Muardin, S.T., M.E. The event was attended by all KIP-Kuliah (Kartu Indonesia Pintar Kuliah — Indonesia Smart Card for Higher Education) scholarship students as early adopters of the application.

About the SILINCAH Application
SILINCAH is an integrated digital platform designed to unify all campus academic services into a single reliable, efficient, and accessible system. The application can be accessed at https://silincah.stmik.tazkia.ac.id. It was developed as part of STMIK Tazkia’s commitment to digital transformation in higher education services.
Key Features of SILINCAH
The SILINCAH application provides a range of integrated academic service features:
- Centralized academic information — access to class schedules, grades, and academic data in one platform
- Digital administrative services — online letter requests, leave applications, and academic administration
- Study progress monitoring — real-time tracking of credit hours, GPA, and graduation status
- Integrated communication — direct communication channels between students, lecturers, and the academic office
- Notifications and reminders — automatic alerts for schedules, deadlines, and important campus information
Soft Launching with KIP-Kuliah Students
The SILINCAH soft launching specifically involved KIP-Kuliah scholarship students as early adopters. The selection of KIP-Kuliah students as the first group to use the application reflects the campus’s commitment to ensuring easy access to academic services for all students, particularly those receiving government educational assistance.

During the event, students received a hands-on introduction to SILINCAH’s features along with a usage guide. Feedback and input from these early users will serve as the foundation for refining the application before its full launch to the entire STMIK Tazkia academic community.
Benefits of Academic Service Digitalization
The implementation of SILINCAH is expected to have a positive impact on the entire academic community:
- Time efficiency — students no longer need to handle administration manually or visit the academic office in person
- Information transparency — all academic data is accessible in real-time and with accuracy
- Ease of access — academic services are available anytime and anywhere through digital devices
- Paper reduction — supporting an eco-friendly campus through document and process digitalization
STMIK Tazkia’s Commitment to Digital Transformation
The development of SILINCAH is part of STMIK Tazkia’s broader vision of establishing a leading information technology-based campus. As a campus focused on the IT field, STMIK Tazkia not only teaches technology to students but also applies it directly in campus management and services.
This initiative aligns with various other innovation programs, including technology-based community service projects and website development for partner institutions carried out by STMIK Tazkia students and lecturers.
